Before MLB All-Star weekend celebrates the stars of the present, it gives fans an opportunity to look toward the future.

Ahead of the draft on on Sunday night, the MLB Futures Game on Saturday puts the top young talent in the minor leagues on display. Many of the prospects playing in this year's edition might one day take the field in the All-Star Game alongside the players they grew up idolizing.

This year's rosters have no shortage of young talent worth watching, including last year's No. 1 overall pick Jackson Holliday and a bevy of top-100 prospects.

Last year's Futures Game rosters included a number of players already making a major-league impact, including Elly De La Cruz, Corbin Carroll, Eury Perez, Francisco Alvarez, Gunnar Henderson, and many more. The next wave of talent will be on the field in Seattle on Saturday.
