MLB Futures Game rosters 2022: Full list of prospects playing includes Anthony Volpe, Francisco Álvarez image

The MLB Futures Game is a fun annual glimpse of the future, in which United States prospects go up against the world. Every organization is represented in the Futures Game, allowing fans to see who's next for their team.

In 2022, the game will feature the No. 2 prospect per MLB Pipeline in Francisco Álvarez, along with No. 8 Anthony Volpe. Álvarez will be representing the Mets whereas Volpe is in the Yankees organization.

In addition to MiLB prospects, players involved in Team USA Baseball's Development Programs will be eligible. Among these are Dusty Baker's son, Darren Baker, who participated in the Breakthrough Series.

Here are the full rosters for both the American and National Leagues, along with their level, organization, and MLB Pipeline ranking.

Many of the AL's top prospects have already been called up to The Show, including Red Sox pitcher Brayan Bello, who is on the roster. Adley Rutschman, Riley Greene, and Julio Rodriguez have all made their MLB debuts, and Rodriguez is on a Rookie of the Year pace after playing in last year's Futures Game.

Several of the top prospects can be found in Yankees organization, including infielder Anthony Volpe and outfielder Jasson Dominguez. The Orioles' Gunnar Henderson is also making an appearance.
