New Red Sox general manager Dave Dombrowski has been wheeling and dealing in Boston this offseason, but it looks as if he and the team will tone it down the rest of the winter.
"I feel good about the roster as it is. I think we've been able to address really our biggest needs," Dombrowski said Wednesday during a conference call (via NESN). "I think our major moves are done. But when you go into the winter meetings, you never know what happens."

Boston landed prized pitcher David Price earlier this week with a seven-year, $217 million deal, but Dombrowski talked mostly of the team’s acquisition of free-agent outfielder Chris Young, who signed a two-year, $13 million deal.
"He was at the top of our list," Dombrowski said. "He fits really what we were looking for as a player."

Dombrowski expressed at the end of the season that his goal was to land a top-end starting pitcher and a fourth outfielder, and he did just that before the winter meetings even begin next week in Nashville.
