It's no secret that Lorenzo Cain can cover just about everything in Kauffman Stadium's spacious center field. But he can't have all the glory. Adam Eaton deserves some, too.

Cain crashed into the wall after robbing Adam LaRoche of extra bases in the second inning of the Royals' Thursday matinee against the White Sox. He stayed in the game, and even made another play up against the wall the following frame. Kansas City won, 4-1, and swept the three-game set.

Eaton answered with a diving play of his own to prevent Mike Moustakas from reaching several innings later. While he didn't crash into the wall, this one was full extension, and it outdid Cain's effort.

Kauffman Stadium's wide, deep gaps and the Royals' elite outfield defense is a wonderful combination for the highlight reel, isn't it? Eaton just wanted to add to that.
