On Friday highly touted prospect Kris Bryant made his first start with the Chicago Cubs. Today, the second in-season roster update released for MLB 15: The Show (PS4/PS3/Vita) and it includes Bryant's addition to the video game.

As noted last week regarding the first rookies added to the game , players are not eligible to be included in a licensed video game until they are a member of the MLBPA, and that requires a single Major League appearance. Once Bryant entered his first game, he became a member and could be added to the video game immediately.

Bryant's ratings are impressive for a rookie. The third baseman is 81 "Overall" with 'A' Potential which means he'll progress quickly in Franchise Mode. He has 71 power vs right handed pitchers and 78 vs lefties, 74 in "Clutch", 71 "Fielding" and 68 "Speed".

Standing out from the other players added this week is Diamondbacks' outfielder Yasmany Tomas. He comes in with the second highest rating for a rookie this year behind only Bryant at 79 Overall with 'A' Potential.

Danny Muno (NYM 2B, 71, B), Jose Urena (MIA RP, 63, B) Brandon Pinder (NYY RP, 63, B), Felipe Rivero (WAS RP, 63, B), Rafael Martin (WAS RP, 62, D), Sugar Ray Marimon (ATL RP, 59, B), Scott Oberg (COL R, 59, B), and Chris Rearick (SD RP, 58, C) round out the new class.
