Justin Upton reaches into second row to rob Andrew McCutchen of home run image

Padres outfielder Justin Upton celebrated his selection to the 2015 MLB All-Star Game with what could be considered the Catch of the Year.

In the bottom of the fifth inning in Pittsburgh, fellow NL All-Star Andrew McCutchen blasted a fastball from reliever Marcos Mateo above the left-field wall. Upton, though, made an incredible leaping catch to rob the Pirate slugger of a go-ahead homer.

Upton easily cleared the 6-foot left-field wall at PNC Park, showing off his impressive vertical.

It was the first career home run robbery for Upton and the first time McCutchen has been robbed of one, according to ESPN

McCutchen and the Pirates got the last laugh, however, as they enjoyed their first series win over the Padres at PNC Park, which opened in 2001.
