The Dodgers infielder gave a reporter a very ... detailed health update during a trip to the emergency room Tuesday.

The hair was on Turner's leg, if you must know.

Dodgers manager Don Mattingly wasn't too discreet, either, when speaking with reporters.

An absence of any length would be a negative for the Dodgers. Turner, 30, is having another strong year at the plate (.323/.387/.563, 13 home runs) and has taken over as LA's everyday third baseman.
