Joe Maddon is at it again in spring training. This time, it's for a good cause.

A day after warming up by singing karaoke and "Gangnaming," Maddon and various members of the Cubs participated in the second annual "Respect Bald" event, where Maddon, players and even some fans shaved their heads to raise money for pediatric cancer research.

Hopefully Kyle Schwarber's power doesn't come from his hair.

Even Steve Wilkos made an appearance. Even though he didn't have any hair to shave.

Credit to the Cubs and Maddon for finding new ways to keep things light in Mesa while being good community members. But they might want to invest in some warm hats when they're playing in freezing Chicago come April.
