MLB's Home Run Derby is one of the best All-Star events in sports, and the 2024 iteration of it should be particularly explosive.

The Rangers are hosting the All-Star Game, so the derby will be held at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. The roof may be closed due to the Texas heat, but the ball should still travel well in favorable conditions.

With a stacked field including multi-time Home Run Derby winner Pete Alonso, power shouldn't be hard to come by on Monday. Fans in attendance should have plenty of chances to grab home run shots and scrap for any foul balls that make it into the seats.

Those watching in the comfort of their own home will have plenty of time to enjoy the biggest moment of MLB's All-Star Weekend. Here's what to know about the Home Run Derby as it hits center stage in Arlington.
