Hanley Ramirez leaves game with toe injury, Red Sox list 1B as day to day image

Red Sox first baseman Hanley Ramirez left Tuesday night's game against the Rockies at Fenway Park after he was hit by a pitch in his right foot in the bottom of the fourth inning.

According to CSN New England, X-rays on Ramirez's right big toe came back negative. He was diagnosed with a contusion and is considered day to day.

Travis Shaw, who had been held out of the starting lineup with a sore left hand, took Ramirez's place at first base.
