Just when you think the Braves' season couldn't get any worse, it did.

Shortstop Erick Aybar was taken to a doctor Thursday after a chicken bone became lodged in his throat, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported. He needed to be sedated and won't be in the Braves' lineup Thursday night in Pittsburgh.
