The headline on the MLB.com video clip below reads "Phillips' throw home nabs Butler." Yes, baseball's website is loath to embarrass players, but that's probably the worst undersell ever of a funny highlight.

What really happened: Rockies pitcher Eddie Butler fell on his face twice while trying to score on a long single by DJ LeMahieu and got tagged out by Reds catcher Tucker Barnhart, who expected Butler to at least make it to the plate.
