David Ortiz tied Jimmie Foxx for 18th on the all-time MLB home run list Sunday against the Kansas City Royals.
Playing in his 20th and final season, Ortiz has been clobbering home runs like he were 10 years younger, and he added another with a solo shot to deep left center field in the fourth inning to get Boston on the board. The home run, Ortiz's 534th, was measured at 413 feet.

It was also Ortiz's 21st home run on ESPN's Sunday Night Baseball. Alex Rodriguez, with 22, is the only player ahead of him on that list. Ortiz is first player with 60 RBIs on SNB.

Foxx spent more than six of his 20-year Hall of Fame career with the Red Sox. The 1933 Triple Crown winner won his third AL MVP in 1938, his third season in Boston.
Ortiz, a likely first-ballot Hall of Famer, now has 31 home runs and 101 RBIs this season after his latest moon shot.
