David Ortiz breaks up a double play ... with his head image

There are heads-up plays and then there is what David Ortiz did Friday against the Astros.

The 6-5, 230-pounder was sliding into second base, attempting to break up a double play — and he did just that. However, he couldn't get down before the ball Jose Altuve slung toward first clocked him square in the head. Big Papi, who was, of course, wearing a helmet, was fine, but the ball landed in the stands.

Hanley Ramirez, who hit the ball, advanced to second before Pablo Sandoval brought him in to tie the game at five.
