The Charleston, S.C., RiverDogs will host tonight's Single A game against the West Virginia Power, the team announced Thursday morning.
As of this morning (8:45am) we are planning to move forward with tonight's 7:05pm game as scheduled.
— Charleston RiverDogs (@ChasRiverDogs) June 18, 2015A shooting at a Charleston church Wednesday night left nine people dead. Police identified 21-year-old Dylann Roof as a suspect in the shooting. He was taken into custody Thursday in Shelby, N.C.
The RiverDogs, an affiliate of the Yankees, play in the South Atlantic League.

All proceeds from Thursday's game between the RiverDogs and the Power will go to the Mother Emanuel Hope Fund, a fund that will help support the families of the victims.
UPDATE: The team held a moment of silence for the victims of the shooting prior to the game.
