You could hear the hot takes coming out of right field Monday night at Dodger Stadium. "Bryce Harper doesn't care about the fans! What a jerk!" And then... "Oh, that was actually nice. Good for you, Bryce!"
Harper caught a fly ball to end the bottom of the fourth inning during Game 3 of the National League Division Series between the Nationals and Dodgers. The fans out in right field expected Harper to toss them a souvenir, but Harper had other ideas.

Before returning back to the dugout, Harper handed the ball off to an adorable little girl.
