We have four excellent matchups in the majors on Saturday night after a packed day slate. It starts with Logan Gilbert and the Mariners looking to their three-game losing streak against the Braves at 7:15 p.m. ET on FOX and wraps up with Chris Sale and the Red Sox continuing their three-game set against the Padres at 10:10 p.m. ET. If fans want to wager on Gilbert or Sale player props tonight, they can check out SuperDraft

On SuperDraft, users can win 3X the amount wagered if their two-legged player prop parlay hits. Consequently, the more legs you add to your player prop parlay (maximum six legs), the larger your potential payout becomes, but as the long odds indicate, completing a clean sweep will be challenging.

Below, we'll break down four of our favorite player props on SuperDraft for Saturday night's MLB slate. Users don't necessarily have to parlay all four picks together, though. Instead, you could make separate two-legged parlays to increase your win probability or attempt to hit it big if all four picks come through.

1. Logan Gilbert, SP, Mariners vs. Braves - OVER 5 strikeouts

The Mariners need a win, and who better to have on the mound than Gilbert? The 26-year-old starting pitcher has a 1-2 record and a 3.91 ERA in eight starts this season. However, Gilbert has racked up 54 strikeouts in 46 innings of work. The young right-handed pitcher hasn't fared well on the road this season (4.28 ERA and .250 OBA), but he has gone OVER five strikeouts in four out of his past five starts away from Seattle.

Gilbert will try to pick up some strikeouts against a loaded Braves' batting order that is ranked 15th in strikeout percentage (23.1) but towards the bottom at home (24.8%) heading into tonight's contest. The 6-foot-6 pitcher has at least gone six innings or more in five starts and coincidentally has gone OVER five strikeouts each time.

2. Freddie Freeman, 1B, Dodgers vs. Cardinals - OVER 1.5 total bases

We love Freeman tonight as he's slugging .428 (12-for-28) with four doubles, a triple, a home run, and seven RBI in his past seven days. The veteran first baseman is coming off his fourth two-hit performance in his past five games on Friday night, hitting 2-for-4 with two doubles and four total bases.

Overall, the All-Star first baseman has gone OVER 1.5 total bases in seven out of his past 10 games and has recorded 11 total bases through the first two games against the Cardinals. This season, Freeman is slugging .344/.415/.516 with 13 doubles, two home runs, and a triple off of right-handed pitchers. Additionally, he has great career numbers against Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas, hitting .333 (4-for-12) with two home runs and three RBI.

3. Shohei Ohtani, DH, Angels vs. Twins - OVER 1.5 total bases

Ohtani is hitting .276 with two home runs, a triple, a double, and seven RBI over the past seven days. The superstar slugger has gone OVER 1.5 total bases in four out of his past 10 games. Based on these trends, bettors might be tempted to take the UNDER in this spot.

However, we will take the OVER 1.5 total bases as the former AL MVP is slashing .291/.364/.599 against right-handed pitchers this season. Additionally, Ohtani is hitting .350 against four-seamers this season, which is the most used pitch by Twins starter Louie Varland.

4. Chris Sale, SP, Red Sox @ Padres - OVER 6 strikeouts

For our final play on tonight's slate, we will take a shot on Sale OVER six strikeouts against the Padres. The veteran starting pitcher is coming off great back-to-back starts against the Cardinals and Phillies, where he recorded 19 strikeouts in 14 innings pitched. Sale has only gone OVER six strikeouts in four out of eight starts this season but has two other outings with at least six strikeouts.

The southpaw's road numbers are not great this season (7.20 ERA and .325 OBA). However, he's facing a Padres' offense with a 25.2 strikeout percentage over their past three games (ninth-worst in MLB). It's not easy to navigate through this Padres' lineup as they have Fernando Tatis Jr., Juan Soto, Xander Bogaerts, and Nelson Cruz. However, we hope that Sale can get ahead in the count on a couple of these hitters to get some strikeouts.
