Ken Griffey Jr. is in the Hall of Fame after a record-setting vote, so the next step is figuring out what his plaque will look like.
There's been a lot of talk among baseball fans, and many want his plaque to feature his signature backward-cap look. Many thought the main hurdle would be the Hall of Fame not accepting it, but Hall president Jeff Idelson said he's open to the backward-hat plaque.

How cool would it be if Junior's Hall of Fame plaque had him wearing his hat backwards? #GriffeyHOF #Mariners pic.twitter.com/pLtoeR8J0j

While Idelson is open to the idea, it appears the backward-hat plaque won't be happening. Ultimately, the Hall of Fame has final say as to what hat players wear on their plaques, but the process starts with the player's input.
According to longtime Reds reporter C. Trent Rosecrans, Griffey told him the backward-hat plaque isn't happening.

An official announcement as to what Griffey's plaque will be hasn't been made, but it's expected he'll go in wearing a Mariners cap.
