The portly and loveable Bartolo Colon continues to inspire.

Colon, who signed with the Braves for 2017, is doing his duty to prepare for what will be his 20th MLB season — and showing that age (and size) are no barrier to slaying important cardio work.

MLB.com reporter Jesse Sanchez posted video Thursday on Twitter of Colon doing prep for 2017 at home in the Domincan Republic. Needless to say, it’s glorious.

Colon has reason to work it hard this offseason: He's closing in on the all-time record for most wins by a pitcher from the Domincan Republic, just 10 wins from Juan Marichal's 243.

Father Time remains undefeated, but if anyone can give him a good fight, it's Bartolo Colon. In either case, a series of Colon exercise videos would probably sell well.
