No one is immune to the wonders of October.
Red Sox radio play-by-play man Joe Castiglione is a first-hand exhibitor of such. In the ninth inning of Wednesday night's epic ALCS Game 4 between the Red Sox and Astros, Castiglione was taken aback by Boston left fielder Andrew Benintendi's game-saving, game-ending catch.

It was a play that made him fall out of his chair. Literally.

A loud thud is heard, then audible laughter, followed by Castiglione piping in, matter-of-factly, "I just went head over heels in my chair."
Castiglione has been with the Red Sox since the early '80s, and this might be a highlight — lowlight? — of his career. But really, it's hard to blame him: Benintendi's play ended an eventful Game 4 and helped the Sox take a 3-1 stranglehold on the series.
If Thursday's Game 5 lives up to Game 4 in any way, someone might have to pad the floor in the Sox's radio booth.
Look out below, Joe.
