There is no better baseball player on Planet Earth right now than New York Yankees centerfielder Aaron Judge.
The 32-year-old star is enjoying an MVP season midway through the 2024 campaign, and he just joined some rare company during Saturday's 9-3 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays.
After Judge singled to center in the fifth inning of Saturday's game, driving home Anthony Volpe from third base, the Yankees captain recorded his 80th RBI of the season.
Not only does that lead MLB going into Sunday, but Judge also joined some rare company in reaching that mark before July.
Only two players in franchise history have recorded 80 RBIs before July. Babe Ruth did it in 1926 and Lou Gehrig did it twice in 1927 and 1930.

The Yankees are in a slide right now, having lost 10 of their last 13 games and falling out of first place in the AL East.
But Judge has continued playing at a historic rate.
Even as the Yankees limp into the All-Star break, at least their captain is providing some type of excitement around the team.
