The Yankees' injury woes may have just worsened.
Aaron Judge was removed from the game on Saturday after apparently hurting his left side on a swing. The injury occurred after Judge hit a single into right field. He struggled to run to first base and was removed from the game for a pinch runner.

It was revealed that Judge's injury was to his left oblique, which would force him to miss some time.

The loss of Judge comes at an inopportune time for a Yankees team that has been hampered by a litany of players making trips to the injured list in the early going.
Five players from the Yankees' Opening Day lineup, including Giancarlo Stanton, Gary Sanchez and Miguel Andujar, are currently on the IL. New York has 12 players in total on the IL, making Judge the potential 13th if he requires a trip there.
Judge has been a reliable bat for the ailing Yankees in the early going of the season. He is hitting .288 and added his fifth home run of the season on Saturday.
