Now stepping up to the tray, No. 99, Cheese Burger. No. 99.
Yankee Stadium has long been home to some big, beefy ballplayers, like the current AL MVP currently roaming the outfield for the Bombers. In 2023, it will also be home to some big, beefy burgers.
Prior to the start of the season, the Yankees revealed that they will be selling a concoction known as the "99 Burger," a tasty pair of beef patties slid onto brioche buns. There's a little bit more to the burger than "meats" the eye, however.
Made by Yankee Stadium executive chef Matt Gibson, the 99 Burger is actually a limited quantity on gameday, so in order to get one, you may have to elbow your way off the D Train a little bit more forcefully to make the lines heading into the cathedral during Yankee home games.

Here's what to know about the latest addition to the Yankees' food lineup, the 99 Burger:
What is the 99 Burger?
Aptly named for Yankees slugger Aaron Judge's uniform number, the 99 Burger is a mammoth in its own right.
The components are pretty standard fare, but with some Yankees-esque upsizing in quality: It features two 4-ounce Wagyu beef patties, New School American cheese, dill pickles, caramelized onions and special sauce on a brioche bun.
All of that together looks a bit like this:

How to get a 99 Burger
The burger is sold only in Section 223 on gamedays, as it's a Legends Hospitality exclusive.
The burger itself also pretty exclusive: Only 99 of the 99 Burgers will be sold at each Yankee home game, so make sure you hop on the subway or cross the George Washington Bridge before anybody else does.
For those traveling to Yankee Stadium, Section 223 is nearest to Gate 4, which is along East 161st Street.
The burger sells for $19.99.
Safe to say, that's a bit of a steal considering what the other 99 signed for.
