It didn't take long for New York Yankees star Aaron Judge to continue his torrid span of domination.

The Captain star hit a two-run home run in the top of the first inning, giving the Bronx Bombers an early lead. They would never look back after that.

The two-run home run also helped Judge earn more MLB history. According to Katie Sharp, he is now the only player in MLB history with at least 15 home runs, 12 doubles and 20 walks in any 25-game span.

The Yankees jumped out to an early 4-0 lead and while the Giants chipped away, starting with a two-run home run from Casey Schmitt, New York was able to pull away late.

Giancarlo Stanton added his 14th home run of the season in the top of the eighth inning while Alex Verdugo and Juan Soto each had two hits and two RBI.

Getting the spot start for the Yankees was Cody Poteet, who was filling in for the injured Clark Schmidt. He did a solid job tossing 5.0 innings pitched allowing three runs (two earned), three hits and one walk while striking out six batters on 78 pitches.

The rest of the bullpen combined for the final four innings, coming together to not allow a run, securing another series win for the Yankees.
