New York Yankees outfielder Alex Verdugo felt right at home trotting the bases after a home run against the Boston Red Sox.

In a revenge game for Verdugo, the Yankees's starting left fielder (playing right field Friday night), smoked a two-run home run to center field.

On his first pitch of the game, Verdugo gave the Yankees a 2-0 lead in the top of the first inning.

The home run was fantastic, but the trout around the bases was even better.

It's safe to say this series means a lot to Verdugo.
