Teoscar Hernandez's huge week not only lifted the Dodgers to a series win over the Yankees at Yankee Stadium, it also won him a National League Player of the Week award. Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge won in the American League.

Hernandez in the six games the Dodgers played between June 3 and June 9 batted .360 with a .429 on-base percentage and a .960 slugging percentage. He reached base in all but one game and collected four multi-hit games, three of which included multiple extra-base hits. Hernandez cranked out nine total hits, including three doubles and four home runs. He also drove in 10 and scored six.

There are so many MVP-caliber players in the Dodgers' lineup, but Hernandez at least for last week was LA's very best player and it helped them secure a series win over the hottest team in baseball over the weekend.
