Can Dodgers secure series win vs. Rockies after big comeback? image

The Dodgers looked dead in the water when they came to bat in the ninth inning of Tuesday night's game against the Rockies. Then Jason Heyward hit a grand slam to bring Los Angeles within one, and Teoscar Hernandez popped a three-run home run to give the Dodgers an 11-9 lead they wouldn't relinquish. LA is now looking for it first four-game win streak since May 17-20.

Bobby Miller, who hasn't pitched since April 10, is slated to return for the Dodgers after working through some inflammation in his right shoulder. His insertion back into the rotation comes at a good time since LA is aiming to overcome Yoshinobu Yamamoto's shoulder injury that landed him on the IL.

Miller is facing Rockies start Ryan Feltner who hasn't been particularly good this year with a 5.71 ERA in 14 starts. This is another opportunity for the Dodgers offense to have a good day at Coors Field. Here's what the odds look like via BetMGM:

Run line

Dodgers -1.5: -130
Rockies +1.5: +110

Moneyline

Dodgers: -200
Rockies: +165

Total

Over 10.5 runs: -105
Under 10.5 runs: -115

Prediction

While the juice on the totals lean toward the under, we're doing the opposite. Feltner has an ERA of 6.89 in six home starts this season, and a career 7.09 ERA in 19 starts at Coors Field. Even if Miller is lights out the Dodgers may have a chance to clear 10.5 runs by themselves for the second consecutive night.

Dodgers 9, Rockies 4
