The Los Angeles Dodgers started the year with Mookie Betts at shortstop. However, he is back in the outfield, and the Dodgers could be looking for an upgrade in the winter.

Jon Heyman suggested that Willy Adames could be an option for the Dodgers during a Bleacher Report livestream.

"You got to like the Dodgers," said Heyman "They've done a lot of different things at shortstop, but if they could trade for Bo Bichette or land Adames, I think that would be a solution for them."

Adames will be a free agent for the first time in his career and has had a career year. He has career highs in homers, RBIs, and stolen bases. The Brewers are not known to spend big, and it could mean Adames leaving in the winter.

"They'd love to keep him, sure. Will they be able to? I don't see it," said Heyman. "They got (Joey) Ortiz knowing that they're not going to be able to spend $200 million plus on Adames."

The Brewers have dished out big contracts to players like Christian Yelich and Ryan Braun. However, they both had won a National League Most Valuable Player Award.

Adames would be an everyday player for the Dodgers, who are seeking a solution at shortstop.
