After the Boston Red Sox lost two out of three games to the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park, they'll remain on the road for a three-game series against the New York Mets at Citi Field starting on Monday.

For the matchup, Boston will send Brayan Bello to the mound while New York will counter with Luis Severino.

Here's Alex Cora's lineup for the opener:

Bello has been all right for Boston this season, posting a 4.66 ERA and a 1.37 WHIP while striking out 131 batters in 25 starts. He's coming off of arguably the best outing of his career, tossing eight shutout innings with just two hits and a walk while striking out nine against the Toronto Blue Jays. Three Mets have hits against him in his career - Harrison Bader (1-for-5), Tyrone Taylor (1-for-2) and Jesse Winker (1-for-5).

Severino had been good for New York in his 26 starts this season, posting a 3.96 ERA and a 1.26 WHIP while striking out 131 batters. He's allowed four or more earned runs in four of his last six starts. Five Red Sox have recorded hits against him in his career - Triston Casas (1-for-2 with two RBIs and a walk), Rafael Devers (3-for-19 with an RBI and two walks), Jarren Duran (1-for-2 with a walk), Danny Jansen (1-for-3 with a walk) and Rob Refsnyder (1-for-2).
