After the Boston Red Sox blew out the Seattle Mariners 14-7 on Monday at Fenway Park, the two teams will meet again for the middle game of the series on Tuesday.

For the matchup, Boston will send James Paxton to the mound while Seattle will counter with Luis Castillo.

Here's what Alex Cora's lineup will look like for Game 2:

Paxton is making his first start with the Red Sox in 2024 after being acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers. In 18 starts this year, he's posted a 4.43 ERA and a 1.46 WHIP while striking out 64 batters. He's allowed hits to just two Mariners in his career - Jorge Polanco (2-for-8 with a home run and two RBIs) and Victor Robles (1-for-1 with two RBI).

Castillo has been really good for Seattle in his 22 starts, recording a 3.38 ERA (25th in baseball) and a 1.16 WHIP (33rd) while striking out 126 batters (tied for 21st). He's allowed three or fewer runs in his last five starts. He's given up hits to five Red Sox in his career - Devers (3-for-9 with a home run and two RBIs), Duran (2-for-6 with a solo home run), O'Neill (7-for-34 with two home runs, four RBIs and two walks), Smith (1-for-2 with a solo home run and a walk) and Yoshida (3-for-5 with two RBIs).
