The Boston Red Sox are set to take on the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday at Coors Field for the finale of their three-game set, and while manager Alex Cora has released the lineup already, there have been some small changes.

Roughly an hour before the game, it was announced that third baseman Rafael Devers, who suffered a stinger on Tuesday night, would be moved to designated hitter. That pushes Romy Gonzalez from second to third base. Jamie Westbrook will now play second base and Masataka Yoshida will be on the bench.

Here's the new lineup for the series finale against Cal Quantrill:

  1. Jarren Duran LF
  2. David Hamilton SS
  3. Wilyer Abreu RF
  4. Rafael Devers DH
  5. Dominic Smith 1B
  6. Romy Gonzalez 3B
  7. Reese McGuire C
  8. Jamie Westbrook 2B
  9. Ceddanne Rafaela CF
