After the Boston Red Sox took two out of three from the Minnesota Twins over the weekend, they'll hit the road for the last trip of the season - a three-game series with the Toronto Blue Jays.
For Monday night's matchup, Boston will send Tanner Houck to the mound while Toronto will counter with Chris Bassitt.

Houck has been Boston's best starter this year, posting a 3.21 ERA and a 1.16 WHIP while striking out 154 batters over 29 starts. He allowed just one run on four hits in his last outing. Five Blue Jays have recorded hits against him in his career - Addison Barger (1-for-5), Ernie Clement (1-for-2 with two RBIs), Vladimir Guerrero Jr. (5-for-15 with three RBIs), Spencer Horwitz (1-for-4 with a walk) and Davis Schneider (1-for-6).
Bassitt has been all right for Toronto in his 30 starts this year, posting a 4.16 ERA and a 1.43 WHIP while striking out 166 batters. He allowed one run on five hits and a walk over 6 2/3 innings in his last outing against Boston. Eight Red Sox have recorded hits against him - Wilyer Abreu (2-for-8 with an RBI and a walk), Triston Casas (1-for-4 with a solo home run and a walk), Jarren Duran (2-for-12), Tyler O'Neill (1-for-12), Ceddanne Rafaela (1-for-6), Trevor Story (1-for-3), Connor Wong (1-for-8) and Masataka Yoshida (6-for-16 with an RBI).
