There should be plenty of movement across Major League Baseball with the trade deadline quickly approaching.
The deadline is under a month away and the Atlanta Braves are sure to be busy as they look to fill multiple important roster holes. Atlanta lost Ronald Acuña Jr. and Spencer Strider but still has a chance to make a deep playoff run if it can make an addition or two this summer.
Atlanta still has one of the deepest rosters in baseball despite losing Acuña and Strider. If the Braves could add some more firepower for the outfield, there's a strong chance they could make a deep run.
Bleacher Report's Zachery Rymer put together a list of the top landing spots for Chicago Cubs superstar Cody Bellinger and had the Braves at No. 7.
"Current Center Fielder and First Baseman: Jarred Kelenic and Matt Olson," Rymer said. "Michael Harris II should be back in center field sometime this month, but the wait for Ronald Acuña Jr.'s return will last into 2025. Bellinger would be a heck of a replacement in the interim, so it's too bad Atlanta also has luxury-tax limitations."
Bellinger would be a great option to fill in for Acuña. He has returned to form since joining the Cubs ahead of the 2023 season and it seems like he could be traded this summer thanks to Chicago's struggles.
If the Braves want to add to the outfield, Bellinger may be the best option out there.
