David Silva will be sporting a bold new look when Manchester City kick off their 2017-18 campaign, having taken the decision to shave his head.
The Spain international appears to have taken inspiration from Cristiano Ronaldo in the style stakes, with the Portuguese superstar having rid himself of his hair after helping Real Madrid to another Champions League crown.
'Pep will make Man City special'
Silva and City will have their sights set on that piece of silverware next season, with Pep Guardiola expected to deliver tangible success after enduring a trophyless debut campaign in England.
Those on his books clearly mean business, with Silva prepared to part with his flowing locks and sport a more rugged look in the heart of the City midfield.

Silva will once again be a key figure for City next season, with his experience and creative qualities vital to Guardiola’s system.
He netted seven times in 35 appearances across all competitions in 2016-17, with that return taking him past the 50-goal mark for the club.
Who is City's secret CB signing?
The 31-year-old is now also just four outings short of 300 for City, so will be hoping to reach that notable milestone early on in the upcoming campaign.
Silva, like Guardiola, will also be looking to add to his enviable trophy haul, with the World Cup winner already the owner of two Premier League and League Cup crowns and a FA Cup medal.
