Adam Lallana and Daniel Sturridge return as substitutes to strengthen Liverpool’s push for Champions League football at Watford.
Henry: Spurs have nothing on Arsenal
The midfielder is named in the squad for the first time since the 1-1 draw away to Manchester City on March 19 after picking up a thigh injury on England duty.
Sturridge, meanwhile, was ruled out of last weekend’s 2-1 home defeat to Crystal Palace due to the recurrence of a hip problem.
Ragnar Klavan, who also missed that encounter through a knee issue, is held in reserve as well.
Their availability bolsters Jurgen Klopp’s options to affect the encounter from the bench, which posted an average age of 19 against Sam Allardyce’s men at Anfield.
Liverpool’s starting line-up is unchanged from that disappointment, which grants the players an opportunity to right their wrongs at Vicarage Road, and take another step towards consolidating their top-four aims.
