Indian Super League (ISL) outfit FC Pune City have bolstered their attacking arsenal ahead of the 2018-19 season with the capture of Robin Singh, Goal can confirm.

The 28-year-old forward was a part of two-time ISL champions ATK in the recently concluded season but failed to make much of an impact, owing to injuries. He made 11 appearances for ATK which included five starts and contributed a goal.

The former East Bengal and Bengaluru FC player has since opted to join FC Pune City.

The Maratha Stallions managed to reach the playoffs last season for the first time ever but were trumped by Bengaluru FC eventually. Though Pune City have several good forwards in their ranks, the 6-feet tall striker offers something different to the team.

Pune City will be hoping to put Robin Singh's physicality and aerial prowess to good effect as they look to go all the way next season.
