Tickets for all zones except the VIP box have been sold out for the opening game of Indian Super League (ISL) 2017 between Kerala Blasters and ATK in Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Kochi on November 17.

Only VIP box tickets priced at Rs 3500/- are available for the first game. They can be bought online through BookMyShow or by visiting any branch of Muthoot Fincorp.

Fans were left frustrated with the lack of availability of tickets following confirmation that the capacity of the stadium in Kochi would be reduced to 41,000. The stadium, following renovation ahead of the recently concluded U-17 World Cup, was made into an all-seater.

Only 39,000 tickets are available to be bought online and the rest of them have been categorized as complimentary. A group of fans, including those from distant regions, were seen protesting outside the stadium office in Kochi.

The reduced capacity means there will be plenty of fans left without tickets for all the home games of Kerala Blasters. The tickets for all other home games, as of Monday, are available for purchase both offline and online through Muthoot Fincorp outlets (visit the nearest branch) and BookMyShow respectively.
