GAME PREVIEW
Bengaluru FC, after a blistering start to their debut Indian Super League (ISL) season, find themselves sitting second in the table after notching four wins in six games so far. Albert Roca's side, however, have struggled a touch in their recent games and will come into this fixture with a 'must-win' mentality.
They have struggled physically in the previous two games against FC Pune City and Chennaiyin FC. While they were bailed out against Pune City by Baljit Sahni's red card, Chennaiyin FC consigned them to their first home defeat on Sunday.
As a result, we should see the imposing figure of Erik Paartalu return to midfield while Udanta Singh, who was a substitute in the previous game, should start on the wings.
Jamshedpur FC are a particularly dominant team physically with imposing figures like Tiri and Andre Bikey in defence. Steve Coppell's side make it very hard for opponents to play through them and showcase solid defensive organisation.
Bengaluru FC will have their task cut out in breaking the visitors' defence open. Jamshedpur, themselves, are no slouches in attack with the likes of Kervens Belfort and Izu Azuka all dangerous on the break.
But one expects a battle between the Blues' attack and the defence of the Men of Steel on Thursday.
