The All India Football Federation (AIFF) parted ways with Nicolai Adam earlier this month and the hunt for his successor is to kick-start this week.
The Indian FA has received several resumes from coaches across the world however, two committees will be formed to decide on the new coach.
“We are forming two committees. One is the AIFF Advisory Committee which shall comprise of Bhaichung Bhutia (Chairman, Technical Committee of the AIFF), Abhishek Yadav (COO, India Under-17 team), Kishore Taid (Head of Strategic Planning, AIFF), and myself.

“This committee shall recommend names to the final commission wherein we will involve officials from the Sports Authority of India (SAI) with the Sports Secretary, Injeti Srinivas being the chairman of the committee,” informed Kushal Das, the AIFF general secretary.
The AIFF advisory committee is expected to convene soon to discuss the potential candidates to take charge of the India Under-17 team which shall participate in the Under-17 World Cup set to be hosted in India in less than eight months.
