Motswana referee Joshua Bondo will officiate Ghana's Africa Cup of Nations Group D opening game against Uganda at the Port-Gentil Stadium in Gabon on Tuesday.
The two teams are renewing hostilities after the 2018 Fifa World Cup qualifying clash in Tamale where the Black Stars were held to a goalless draw three months ago.
Bondo will be assisted on the lines by Algerian referee Abdelhak Etchiali and Oliver Safari Kabene from Congo DR.
In the other group game, Egypt, who are making a return since 2010, will take on Mali.
Ghana, who were runners-up in the previous edition, are chasing their first title in over three decades following a 1982 triumph.
The team spent twelve days in Dubai before departing for Gabon on Saturday.
