Longtime rivals Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal are playing in the French Open semifinals on Friday — but the wind is stealing the show.
Wind gusts during the match have reportedly reached up to 30 mph, turning the clay courts at Roland Garros into a dust storm.

The wind is also to blame for a spectator losing their hat.
No problem, a ball boy found a safe spot for it in the courtside refrigerator.

Here's how Twitter reacted to the crazy winds:
Ever played tennis in the wind? It ain’t easy. Now try throwing 35 mph gusts & red clay into the mix—this is nuts!! But I’m still loving it! #RG19 #FrenchOpen https://t.co/s4z9uO2xRX

You always know Federer v Nadal is going to be brilliant, but I didn’t know until now that I needed to see them play in a wind tunnel - dust storm combo. My word. #FrenchOpen

The wind at the French Open is ridiculous. @RafaelNadal takes the first set 6-3 vs Federer but the conditions are brutal. Have two shows to do today so going to Tap Out & try to get some rest. These guys could be here awhile. Have a good Friday. @LVSportsNetwork
