How to draft a winning team:

You must pick two quarterbacks, two wide receivers, two running backs, two flex players, one tight end and one defense while staying under the $100,000 salary cap. Player salaries are determined based on their projected fantasy points for that week.

Here is an example of a Week 12 winning roster:

To help get you started on your wining roster, here's a look at the Sporting News expert picks for Week 13:

QB1: Matthew Stafford ($16,585). Green Bay represents a great matchup for Stafford to put up some big passing totals. Plus, this will spice up Thanksgiving for us.

QB2: Russell Wilson ($12,614). The Saints aren't a great matchup on paper, but there could be a lot of points in this one. We like the idea of having Wilson at home in prime time with Percy Harvin at his disposal.

RB1: Adrian Peterson ($14,863). The Bears are a dream matchup for any RB right now, and we love A.D. facing them at home.

RB2: C.J. Spiller ($8,249). Yeah, yeah, Spiller has been a bust. But he should finally be healthy coming off the bye week and gets a great matchup at home against Atlanta. This could be the last time to get Spiller at a discount.

WR1: Dez Bryant ($13,415). Bryant should feast against a poor Raiders secondary at home on Thanksgiving.

WR2: Pierre Garcon ($10,682). Despite RG3's struggles, this still seems like a value for Garcon against a weak Giants secondary.

FLEX1: Percy Harvin ($7,983). This is probably the lowest you'll be able to buy Harvin for the rest of the season.

FLEX2: Roddy White ($4,824). Another big-name bust thus far, White is steadily getting healthy (we think) and gets a great matchup at Buffalo.

TE: Rob Housler ($5,089). Housler has quietly been picking up yards recently and there could be plenty of offense Sunday in Philly. Plus, he's cheap.

DEF: Baltimore Ravens ($5,693). It should be a low-scoring game against Pittsburgh as the Ravens' pass rush gets to Big Ben early and often for some sacks and big plays.
