Who's Hot: With 13 steals in just 13 games after swiping 75 in 123 games at Triple-A, expect Billy Hamilton to be a hot commodity on draft day. … Tony Cingrani maintained a stellar 10.3 K/9 in 104.2 innings last season. That alone makes him a good mid-round starting pitcher target.

Who's Not: Zack Cozart is in a prime position, potentially batting behind Billy Hamilton and ahead of Joey Votto, yet has never replicated the power/speed combination he flashed in the minors. He'll be relegated to NL-only and deep mixed leagues this season.

Who's Hurt: Johnny Cueto made three trips to the DL last season. All three times had to do with a lat injury and while it's nice it's not his arm, it could suggest there's something up with his mechanics. Keep that in mind on draft day.
