Bandari FC Technical Director receives praise

The former Gor Mahia and Kakamega Homeboyz forward has told Goal that his contract is still running at the club and that having talked with Chairman Elly Kalekwa, he and fellow players have been assured of some light at the end of the tunnel.

“Nothing has changed even with the announcement that we are dropped from KPL. I’m still focused to play for Sofapaka because my contract is still running.

“Our boss, Elly Kalekwa has told us that he is working towards ensuring that we participate in KPL so we are still patiently waiting.”

Sofapaka miraculously escaped relegation in 2016 when they beat Thika United 5-1 on the season’s last day.
