Gor Mahia will have 30 players for season 2017 as confirmed by Chairman Ambrose Rachier.
The club has made some adjustments in the playing unit during the transfer period but Rachier says more players are likely to be added to the squad. He says that Coach Ze Maria has set the number of players he wants and that the club will strive to make more signings in order to hit the number.

“You know, unlike the previous years when we had to close transfer business by the start of January, this year we have time to sign players until the end of the month. The coach wants 28 players but we might extend it a bit to 30 players so the door is still wide open.”
This development comes after K’Ogalo confirmed 11 players into their ranks out of which nine were named as part of the 22-man squad which is set for Sudan trip.
