Nigeria coach Gernot Rohr has stuck to the same starting lineup, and setup he deployed for Iceland win in their crunch Group D tie against Argentina in Saint Petersburg.

After flattering to impress in their opening loss to Croatia, Alex Iwobi, Odion Ighalo and Shehu Abdullahi were replaced by Ahmed Musa, Kelechi Iheanacho and Kenneth Omeruo as Rohr switched to a 3-5-2 formation against the Europeans.

It worked a treat against the Vikings as Musa grabbed the goals to see the West Africans coast to a 2-0 victory. And the German tactician has opted to stick with what worked in Volgograd.

The Super Eagles are eyeing at least a draw - preferably a win - over perennial World Cup rivals Argentina to stamp their feet in the knockout stages of the tournament.

La Albiceleste, on the other hand, need a win to stand a chance of qualifying at the expense of their opponents, having amassed a solitary point from their opening two matches. And one of the major changes to Jorge Sampaoli's starting lineup is Gonzalo Higuain replacing Sergio Aguero in attack.
