African football great, Nwankwo Kanu has attempted to raise the spirits of the Super Eagles ahead of Friday’s game versus Iceland.
The team would be hoping to bounce back to winning ways against the World Cup debutants after crumbling 2-0 to Croatia.
The former Arsenal star interacted with Gernot Rohr’s team and happily posed for pictures with them and also some of the fans present to demonstrate his support for the team.

A win for the Super Eagles at Volgograd Arena, Volgograd will boost their chances of reaching the knockout phase.
Kanu featured for Nigeria at the 1998, 2002 and the 2010 editions of the Fifa World Cups before drawing the curtain on his glittering career.
