Week 6 Fantasy Football Flex Rankings for Superflex, 2-QB leagues image

To date, Week 5 may have been the weakest scoring week so far for fantasy quarterbacks. Ahead of Tuesday night's Bills-Titans game, only 18 quarterbacks cracked the top-50 scorers this week, per fantasydata.com. Of course, that number could hit 20 depending on how the rare Tuesday night game goes, and it's worth noting that Dak Prescott and Andy Dalton combined would've logged top-50 numbers. So, really, we weren't far off from having the usual 20-plus top-50 quarterback scorers, and it just goes to show how important the QB position is in fantasy football. That's why quarterbacks get a massive boost in our Week 6 superflex rankings.

If you are in a superflex league, there's almost never a reason to play a non-QB at that position. Sure, bye weeks can complicate things if you have a couple of passers off (Russell Wilson, Drew Brees, Derek Carr, and Justin Herbert are all idle in Week 6), but for the most part, even the lower-level players at QB can be started over RBs, WRs, and TEs in that spot. Maybe you're a rare team that scooped up Devonta Freeman and has a couple of other top-20 RBs on your roster. In that case, go ahead and start an RB over your QB. But, again, most weeks, you'll want to play two QBs if you've got a superflex spot open.

WEEK 6 PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiverTight end | D/ST | Kicker

As always, our superflex rankings contain all of the starting quarterbacks playing this week, and all will be rated as top-100 plays, bare-minimum. The bye-week absences of Wilson and the red-hot Herbert weaken the ranks a bit, but there are still plenty of good passers to choose from. Even Nick Foles, who has struggled to score since the Bears' comeback victory against the Falcons, could be a solid start along with other bottom-barrel options like Philip Rivers, Drew Lock, and Washington's starting QB. It may seem like some of the guys rated lower than them (Damien Harris, Chase Claypool, Jerry Jeudy) could outproduce them, but the fact of that matter is quarterbacks have much higher floors, so it's safer to trust them over Harris's time-share and the streaky natures of rookie WRs like Claypool and Jeudy.

WEEK 6 STANDARD RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight end | D/ST | Kicker

Starting Foles might not be the sexy move, but it could certainly pan out if he can throw a couple of TDs. And either way, he should produce close to 10 points even if he doesn't score; the same simply can't be said of the other riskier players that fill out or flex ranks in the bottom 30 or so.
