Week 4 DraftKings Picks: NFL DFS lineup advice for daily fantasy football cash games image

We're heading into Week 4 of the daily fantasy football season, and at this point, NFL DFS players feel like they have a good lay of the land. Injury-related bsences in the early going have created plenty of sleepers and value picks that have made (or broken) DFS lineups through three weeks. Ahead of Week 4, it's easier than ever to find "safe" picks, and our Week 4 DraftKings cash lineup will look to do just that to hit the cash line.

This week, we took a balanced approach to the lineup. We spent up at the quarterback position and allocated between $5,100 and $7,000 at the two RB and three WR positions before spending down a bit at TE, FLEX, and D/ST. There were a lot of high-floor plays in good matchups that we wanted to get, and spending in that manner allowed us to do that while getting one of the best QB-WR stacks on the slate.

DraftKings Week 4 Picks: NFL DFS cash lineup

QB Russell Wilson, Seahawks @ Dolphins ($7,800). Why wouldn't you want Wilson in a cash lineup after the performance he has put up to start the season? The Seahawks QB is averaging 36.3 DK points per game and is taking on Miami's 30th-ranked defense against QBs. Wilson has yet to score fewer than 34.4 points this season, so he should be a safe option here. Expect 30-plus points in what will be a high-scoring game.

RB James Robinson, Jaguars @ Bengals ($6,500). Robinson has been a revelation for the Jaguars this season and is coming off the best game of his pro career (17 touches, 129 yards, two TDs). He's facing a Bengals defense that has allowed 466 yards to RBs this season, good for the second most in the NFL behind only the Texans. Robinson should have a chance to repeat his success from a week ago as a multi-faceted threat for the Jaguars.

WEEK 4 DFS TOURNAMENT LINEUPS: FanDuel | DraftKings | Yahoo

RB Kenyan Drake, Cardinals @ Panthers ($6,000). The Panthers have been the NFL's worst team against the run dating back to last season. This year, they are allowing 44.2 DK points to RBs, second only to the Raiders, and have allowed a league-leading seven rushing TDs. Drake is averaging 11.6 DK points per game and could have his best game of the year, provided that Kyler Murray doesn't vulture TDs from him.

WR Tyler Lockett, Seahawks @ Dolphins ($7,000). Lockett is averaging eight catches per game and has scored four TDs in his past two outings. He's the No. 1 target for Wilson, and he should continue to get volume against the Dolphins secondary and make some plays over the middle of the field. His floor is so high in DraftKings full-point PPR formats because he catches so many passes.

WEEK 4 DFS CASH LINEUPS: FanDuel | Yahoo

WR DeVante Parker, Dolphins vs. Seahawks ($5,700). The Seahawks are allowing 79.2 DK fantasy points per game to WRs this year -- nearly 27 more than any other team. The Dolphins have the pass-catching weapons to take advantage of this, so we'll fire up Parker, who ranks as a top-10 WR for us this week.

WEEK 4 PPR RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight End | D/ST | Kicker

WR Jarvis Landry, Browns @ Cowboys ($5,100). The Cowboys allow the second-most DK points to WRs this year, so we wanted to get a Browns receiver in the lineup to take advantage of that. Landry fits the bill, as he checks in $700 cheaper than Odell Beckham Jr. and has caught all but one of his 13 targets on the season. His sure hands give him a high floor, which is perfect for cash games.

TE Mo Alie-Cox, Colts @ Bears ($3,900). Alie-Cox has posted marks of 14 and 19.1 DK points, respectively, in his past two games and appears to be emerging as a favorite target of Philip Rivers. Alie-Cox should have a chance to do well against a Bears defense that is merely decent against TEs. At the very least, he should make the most of his targets, as he's averaging 18.1 yards per catch.

WEEK 4 STANDARD RANKINGS:
Quarterback | Running back | Wide receiver | Tight End | D/ST | Kicker

FLEX Brandin Cooks, Texans vs. Vikings ($4,500). This price seems like a steal for Cooks. He hasn't been all that productive, but he has still racked up 18 targets through three games and nearly went over 100 yards against the Ravens. The Vikings pose a much easier matchup given their young corners and the 48.9 DK points they surrender to receivers each week (fourth most).

D/ST Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Chargers ($3,400). The Buccaneers defense has played extremely well in two weeks since struggling in the opener against the Saints, averaging 16 DK points in their past two games. The Bucs get to take on rookie quarterback Justin Herbert in Week 4, so they should have another chance to rack up some sacks and turnovers.
