This is going to be a wild week for owners still gunning for a fantasy football championship. We have the standard Thursday night game, but 11 Saturday games, three Sunday games, and one Monday game will result in a much different rhythm than usual. The experts at RotoBaller are here to help by allowing Sporting News Fantasy readers free access to their exclusive “Who to Start?” advice tool to aid in making your Week 16 fantasy lineup decisions.
How does the “Who to Start?” tool work? Simple: Choose up to four players to compare below, pick your league settings in the upper right corner (PPR, half-PPR, standard), and push “Who to Start?” It’s that easy. From there, you’ll get a lineup recommendation based on RotoBaller’s award-winning rankings and projections.

Weird things always happen this late in the season, as out-of-nowhere players often wind up playing crucial roles for contending teams. You don't want to get too cute with your start 'em, sit 'em decisions, but you also shouldn't blindly trust "big-name" players over emerging sleepers in better matchups.
As always, RotoBaller factored in usage, matchups, and talent into its Week 16 rankings, and it’s reflected in its “Who to Start?” tool. Check out an example from each offensive position.
Advice below is based on full-point PPR leagues
Start or Sit?: Week 16 fantasy QB lineup advice from RotoBaller
Kirk Cousins (vs. Giants) vs. Dak Prescott (vs. Eagles) vs. Tom Brady (@ Arizona) vs. Aaron Rodgers (@ Dolphins)
Brady and Rodgers have better matchups than Cousins and Prescott, but the latter two have been better all year. That's why they're ranked ahead of the two future Hall-of-Famers, with Prescott being slotted one spot ahead of Cousins. Rodgers is next and Brady brings up the rear, but all four of these signal-callers are close in value. RotoBaller might be giving Prescott a slight bump because of his scrambling ability, but Cousins has shown a slightly higher ceiling. Brady and Rodgers simply haven't shown good floors or ceilings throughout most of the season, so it's tough to rank either ahead of Cousins or Prescott.

Start or Sit?: Week 16 fantasy RB lineup advice from RotoBaller
Deon Jackson (vs. Chargers) vs. D'Andre Swift (@ Panthers) vs. Brian Robinson Jr. (@ 49ers) vs. Cordarrelle Patterson (@ Ravens)
Jackson has by far the best matchup, but Swift gets the nod from RotoBaller here. All of these backs are in timeshares, and while Swift might actually get the fewest touches, he has the most upside because of his pass-catching ability and explosiveness. Jackson is simply too much of a question mark with Zack Moss, while Robinson has the most brutal matchup on the board. Patterson's matchup isn't much better, and after being outshined by rookie Tyler Allgeier last week, RotoBaller has him fourth among this group, one spot behind Robinson.

Start or Sit?: Week 16 fantasy WR lineup advice from RotoBaller
Chris Moore (@ Titans) vs. Marquise Brown (vs. Buccaneers) vs. Marquise Goodwin (@ Chiefs) vs. George Pickens (vs. Raiders)
Brown is by far the biggest name of this group, but with Arizona down to its third-string QB, RotoBaller ranks him third among. Hollywood is one spot behind Moore, who's one spot behind Goodwin. Both have fantastic matchups, but Goodwin is in the better passing offense, so RotoBaller gives him the edge. Pickens is fourth, but his ceiling is as high as anyone's on this list, so he shouldn't be overlooked in deeper leagues.

Start or Sit?: Week 16 fantasy TE lineup advice from RotoBaller
Dawson Knox (@ Bears) vs. Pat Freiermuth (vs. Raiders) vs. Darren Waller (@Steelers)
Freiermuth has the best matchup, but after his zero-target game in Week 15, RotoBaller is giving Waller the nod here. Waller scored last week in his first game back from a lengthy hamstring injury, so it's no surprise that he's one spot ahead of Freiermuth. Knox is a few spots back despite stellar recent play, and that might have something to do with the high winds and frigid temps projected in Chicago this week.
